Andrews Properties is owned and operated by Toxie & Carole Andrews.  Former top producing ReMax agents, we decided to start our own company in 2005 and it's been a huge success.  With over 29 years of combined experience, our motto is "first class service" and that's what we offer all of our clients.  We have intentionally kept our company small so that you are treated with the utmost care, although we do have a small number of other experienced agents.  An experienced Realtor is essential in today's real estate market, so we hope you'll rely on us to answer your questions and guide you through this process.  Actually, we are both "Brokers" which requires many more hours of education and testing than the average "agent".  We will be happy to supply references.

Tip of the Month for selling your home:  BE COMPETITIVE! In what is perceived as a "buyers" market, you want to price your home right, "stage" it to perfection, and get it sold for the most money, quickly.  The longer your home stays on the market, the lower your sales price will be.  We can help with an in-depth market analysis, staging assistance, and hard work.

We are full time Brokers/Realtors and have been for many years.  We enjoy our family of 6 children and 9 grandchildren and like to garden, read, and do a little traveling when we have time off.  We're family people, so bring the kids and let's go house hunting!
